Об игре Flipper Frenzy

It's a racing game. With seals That's the pitch. No chosen one. No ancient prophecy. No open world with 400 collectibles. Just eight extremely determined aquatic potatoes trying to reach the finish line first. On land you'll belly flop, bounce, slide, roll, and desperately fight gravity. The second you hit water... ...you're suddenly a torpedo. Learning when to swim, slide, jump, bounce, and galumph is the entire game. It's surprisingly competitive. Race However You Flop Single Player Cups Time Trials with Ghost Replays Split-screen couch multiplayer (like the good old days) Online multiplayer with matchmaking and Elo rankings Public & private lobbies Steam invites Play seriously. Play casually. Or spend twenty minutes trying to convince your friend the physics are "totally fair." 12 Completely (Mostly) Different Tracks No copy-pasted grass track. No "grass track, but now it's snow." Every course is built around its own mechanics, shortcuts, flow, and personality. Race through: Haunted amusement parks Frozen loop-de-loops Tropical islands Flooded city streets Giant sky tubes Foggy coastlines Sewer systems Icy glaciers ...and several places that probably violated multiple building codes. If two tracks feel the same... I've failed. Build Your Seal Customize: Species Fur Colors Markings Become: Majestic Terrifying Adorable ...or accidentally make something that looks like radioactive cheese. No judgment. Early Access It's growing. Every update adds more tracks, polish, features, fixes, and usually one new bug I swear wasn't there yesterday. Recent updates added Ghost Replays, online matchmaking, Elo rankings, lobby chat, new tracks, visual upgrades, multiplayer improvements, and an unhealthy number of physics tweaks because apparently seals are complicated. There's still plenty more to come. No Battle Pass. No Premium Fish Coins. No login streaks. No FOMO. No popup asking if you'd like to purchase the Deluxe Ultra Legendary Sardine Bundle™. You buy the game. You play the game. Somehow this became controversial. One Guy Made This Programming. (99% C++ no Blueprints here.) Art. (No asset flips. Okay... maybe the occasional splash effect. I'm only human.) Animation. (I provide my own premium-grade jank.) Level Design. UI. (It's all 3D. I regret nothing.) Networking. (Held together with duct tape, optimism, and an unreasonable number of RPCs.) Lighting. (I use Lumen. Deal with it.) Audio. (I don't make the music. I just mix it.) Debugging. (I try.) So... It's a racing game. With seals. That should be enough.
